Because our products are delivered instantly as digitel downloads, we have a straightforward policy that protects both our family business and your purchase.
Thank you for your interest in Colorme digitel products! We understand that there may be situations where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. This policy outlines our guidelines for such scenarios.
1. Cancellations
- Instant Delivery: Our website system automatically sends your download links the moment you complete checkout.
- No Pre-Delivery Window: Because delivery happens immediately, we cannot cancel or stop an order once it is placed.
- Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same bundle twice in a row, please contact us within 24 hours. We will gladly review your order and issue a manual refund for the duplicate charge.
2. Refunds and Exchanges
- Digitel Nature: Due to the immediate, permanent nature of digitel files (which cannot be physically returned), all sales are final, and we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges.
- We Will Make It Right: If you are unhappy with your download, or if the product does not meet your expectations, please do not worry! Reach out to our friendly support team. We are fully dedicated to working with you to find a solution that leaves you and your child happy.
3. Exceptional Situations We Cover

- Corrupted or Broken Files: If a PDF file fails to open, has formatting issues, or won’t print properly, we will email you a fresh, corrected file immediately.
- Custom Name Tracing Typos: If we make a spelling mistake on your Custom Name Tracing Worksheet, just let us know. We will fix the error and send you the corrected custom version within 12 hours at no extra cost.
- Lost Download Links: If you accidentally delete your email or lose your access link months down the road, simply message us with your original order details, and we will happily resend your files.
